A Piece O' Cake has been creating high-quality gluten-free recipes since 2004 and we understand that a gluten-free diet can often be inconvenient. That is why we take pride in our healthy, but tasty line of gluten-free products. We offer everything from gluten-free loafs of bread and pizza crusts to muffins, crackers, cookies and pies! Our rich and creamy cheesecakes have had fantastic reviews, and our gluten-free "twinkies" are even better than you remember. Try our garlic cheese breadsticks as a great compliment to your favorite dish. We hope to make a difference in your life by making gluten-free eating enjoyable!
Healthy & Safe Baking Process
We understand that gluten-free products require special attention. That is why we devote Tuesdays to gluten-free baking only. There is no worry about contamination because we do not bake our normal cakes on days that we bake gluten -free goods. This provides us with a completely gluten-free kitchen on Tuesdays, to ensure that every health precaution is taken. Our customers can be 100% confident in our delicious and safe goodies.
Since we bake gluten-free primarily on Tuesdays, orders must be placed by 10:00 a.m. Tuesday for Wednesday pick-up. If you have a special situation, such as your work schedule only allows you to visit us on Friday, or you need a cake for Saturday, please ask about special consideration. Please keep in mind that your order MUST be placed by 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday in order to be considered for this accommodation. We are a specialty bakery, therefore we need to plan our week accordingly.
